Flexible Support, Tailored to Your Family
Every family comes to EVK with different needs. Some may need a single consultation or an hour of guidance; others benefit from ongoing support as we navigate a more complex educational, admissions, or advocacy journey together.
For that reason, EVK services are billed based on time, rather than by individual task. Time may include parent consultations, student sessions, records and evaluation review, research, meeting preparation and attendance, professional correspondence, application review and editing, IEP goal development, provider or school communication, and other work completed on behalf of your family.
Hourly Support
For families who need occasional or targeted support, services are available at my standard hourly rate and billed according to the time dedicated to your family.
This option works well for one-time consultations, document or evaluation review, admissions guidance, parent coaching, correspondence support, or a specific question or concern.
Discounted Packages
For families who anticipate needing more ongoing support, discounted packages are available in 3-, 5-, and 10-hour blocks, with custom packages available for families whose needs may fall somewhere in between- or extend beyond.
Package hours can be used flexibly across EVK services, allowing us to pivot as your family's needs evolve. One week may involve a parent consultation and records review; the next may include school research, correspondence, meeting preparation, or advocacy. Your time is simply applied where it is most useful.
No One-Size-Fits-All Approach
Educational journeys rarely follow a perfectly predictable path—and your support shouldn't have to either.
I am transparent about how time is used and will always be mindful of both your priorities and your investment. My goal is not to create unnecessary work or hours, but to provide the right level of support at the right time—and to help your family move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
